Mark transitioned to the corporate world, becoming a seasoned
PE-backed Executive Chairman with over twelve successful exits.
Coupling deep operational expertise and strategic commercial
leadership, Mark sets course for Deep Wave.

Chris HornungChief Executive Officier

Chris joined Deep Wave in April 2026 after a successful stint
as Managing Director of TotalMobile’s Public Sector division.
Bringing decades of operational experience, Chris is poised
to spearhead Deep Wave’s go-to-market and long-term

Nikolas started as a customer support manager and progressed through multiple roles at Danaos before becoming Managing
Director. Drawing on his broad experience, he is well positioned
to guide Danaos through its next phase of growth.

Grigoris LamprouManaging Director, Procureship

After beginning his career at UBS and Safe Ship Investment
Fund, Grigoris co-founded ProcureShip in 2016.
He oversees the technical organization and leads
the company’s innovation agenda.

Giannis BougiourisManaging Director, Oceanic Alliance

After spending more than a decade as the Commercial Manager
of Maritime Business Alliance, Giannis co-founded Oceanic Alliance
in 2025. He leads the commercial organization and drives the
group’s supplier and member engagement strategy.

We contribute to the industry’s transition toward more sustainable practices by enabling greater visibility, data-

driven decision-making and responsible supply chain management through our technology and ecosystem.

Sustainable Procurement & Supply Chain Transparency

We enhance supplier visibility through sustainability tagging
based on recognised standards such as ISO 14001, IMPA Save,
and IMPA ACT. Through our partnership with Achilles, we
provide real-time ESG ratings and supplier sustainability
tracking directly within the platform.

Emissions Visibility & Industry Collaboration

Through our partnership with ReFlow, we deliver Scope 3-ready
emissions data via the EmissionPassport solution, enabling
more accurate environmental reporting. We also actively
contribute to the IMPA Environmental Footprint (IMEF) Working
Group, supporting the standardisation of emissions
measurement across the industry.

Operational Sustainability Practices

We implement internal initiatives to reduce environmental
impact, including waste reduction programs, recycling
practices, and the limitation of single-use plastics. 
We also organise corporate initiatives, such as environmental
awareness activities and tree-planting programmes.

We actively participate in ESG-focused conferences and
industry initiatives, contributing to ongoing dialogue and
